Stuffed Tomatoes

I had these tomatoes at a party over a month ago, and I have literally thought of them every day since. I tried to recreate them on my own with very mayonaise-y results, so I tracked down the recipe. I have yet to try to make them, but they look really easy. I love appetizers- I just wish they didn't take so long to make. I also love bacon. Any recipe with bacon is a winner.

Stuffed Tomatoes (Heidi's)
3/4 cup mayo
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp basil
10 oz bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled
2 pints cherry tomatoes, insides scooped out
Mix first 5 ingredients. Stuff tomatoes. Slice a bit off bottoms to keep them from rolling on the platter.
